Three reasons why people are still not honouring Earth Day despite the fact that it is a global movement.

This time, Earth Day went global, mobilizing 200 million people in 141 countries and lifting environmental issues onto the world stage.

While Earth Day is concerned with environmental protection in general, it focuses on the following topics in particular:

Changes in the climate.

Pollution.

Deforestation.

Scarcity of water.

Biodiversity loss.

Erosion and degradation of soil.

A global movement is taking shape, and its central tenet is the relationship between statistical indicators, policy creation, and democratic evaluation of a nation's (or region's, city's, etc.) performance.

What are the causes of global movement?

Pull forces are allures like peace, freedom, sustenance, economic opportunity, and pleasure that prompt people to relocate. Push factors are things like conflict, struggle, persecution, and famine that drive people out of regions.
