In order to fostering positive emotions, using mindfulness, flourishing and developing a positive organizational structure one needs a therapeutic intervention methodology.

What is therapeutic intervention ?

Intervention is a tool used in psychological therapy that may be used with people who exhibit incidence such as substance abuse/addiction, eating disorders, emotional or mood disorders that make them a danger to themselves (or in rare instances others), Dementia or difficulty complying with a medication schedule.

Interventions can be applied to individuals and used in group settings, such as rehabilitation centers and psychiatric treatment institutions.

Dogs conditioned to salivate to stimulation of the thigh also begin to salivate when stimulated on other body parts. This best i
n200080 [17]

Answer:

a. generalization

Explanation:

In psychology and conditioning, the term generalization refers to the phenomenon that takes place when, after learning a behavior, a stimulus that is similar to the one that provoques the first answer, provoques the same answer. In other words, the individual responds in the same way to similar stimulus.

In this example dogs are conditioned to salivate to stimulation of the thigh (the stimulus would be the stimulation of the thigh), however, this salivating conduct also takes place when they are stimulated on other body parts (which is a similar stimulus to the original one). Therefore they are responding in the same way, salivating, to similar stimulus. Therefore, this best illustrated generalization.

Serggg [28]

Answer: by using local property taxes to fund public schools, trapping poor children in poor schools

Explanation: Jonathan Kozol is an American writer, educator, and activist best known for his publications on public education in the United States. In savage inequalities, Kozol pointed out how students from poor family background are trapped in poorly funded schools since public school funding comes from local property taxes which vary widely between communities.

The basis of Kozol's argument is the comparisons between rich and poor school districts, in particular the amount of money spent per child. School districts with relatively wealthy property-owners are spending over $20,000 per year per child while school districts where poor people live spend about $11,000 per year per child.

The pertinent question he asks is whether it is fair or right that the place of one's birth or residence should determine the quality of education a child is entitled to.
