Understanding the saying above, doesn’t just mean the truth his the right way, it means when it’s time to be honest and when the truth comes sometimes the truth will hurt more than a lie but I’m the long term the truth will “set you free” meaning the stress is off your shoulders, no matter what when you know the truth you understand more than most
