1.- Young people more interested in political and economic issues but a different view from the traditional approach of older generations.

2.- The respect of civil rights that allow young people to fully participate and express their opinions without any type of coercion.

3.- A new vision of respect and tolerance for the many differences African countries have.

4.- Facilitating the process to impulse young entrepreneurship.

These four factors combined will be important to change the African continent form the place it is right now with many countries impoverished and others living civil war and violence, into a continent full of business opportunities and trade.
