One quality of a greek hero (in a myth) is bravery. The hero's always had to fight monsters, gods, people, etc., so they had to be brave, though some of them definitely weren't smart about how brave they were. Because they were brave, they would also do foolish things, like compare themselves to the gods. And in the end, almost every hero ended up dead. But don't worry! Most of them went to the greek version of heaven!
