The correct answer is that there is no apostrophe missing in the text.

However, there are other many elementary mistakes as regards grammar such as the verb "arrange" in infinitive after the auxiliary verb "have". The expression "state-of-the art" has a spelling mistake (at instead of art) in the version provided, etc.

Here it goes the correct version:

We have arranged of state-of-the-art equipment for a cardiovascular workout and muscle building. We also had a 20- meter pool and a spa. Every week we run 10 classes ranging from relaxing yoga and Pilates to high- energy body pump. If you're looking for a personal training programme, we have a team of six excellent personal trainers with a combined 50 years' experience between them. After using our facilities, you can complete your experience with a meal or a drink in our members-only cafe.

There are no apostrophes missing.

Apostrophes should mainly be used to make words possessive and to make contractions.  After carefully reviewing this extract, three instances where apostrophes would be needed are present—two possessives and one contraction.  All three instances already have the apostrophe in the appropriate place.  “Jim’s” has the apostrophe in the correct location for the possessive form of “Jim.”  Also in the correct location is the apostrophe for “years’” as “years’” is the plural possessive form of “year.”  And, “you’re” has the apostrophe in the correct location indicating the contraction for “you” and “are.”  Again, upon review of the excerpt provided, there were no missing apostrophes.
