The five-factor model (FFM) is a personality model that depicts a set of five common traits in people. These are: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience.

Extraverted people are outgoing and energetic, and usually assertive and confident. Agreeable people are agreeable and courteous, as opposed to being confrontational and arrogant.
