They are those elementary services of a community that are intended to cover the Basic Social Needs such as electricity, drinking water, health, environmental sanitation, fuel, public lighting.

The lack of water can cause dehydration, lack of energy, diabetes, high cholesterol, among other physical health problems, in addition, the consumption and use of non-potable water and the lack of basic sanitation systems cause various diseases such as diarrhea or malaria.
