It is undeniable that, the more practice you have with public speaking, the more confident you will become. This will in turn reduce your apprehension. However, even extremely experienced speakers feel apprehensive before big presentations. Public speaking is a challenge, and instead of wanting to get rid of your apprehension completely, it is better to try to learn mechanisms that can help you cope with it in a more efficient way.
