Wind erosion is when wind reshapes a rock. A rock is reshaped by wind if it is constantly in a place with winds that have a lot of force.

Wind itself can shape rock as long as the target is large. Naturally, wind has to be combined of miniscule pieces of grit, water, and weather to be able to reshape any type of rock, small or large. But to overall answer your question, the wind can overtime wear down rocks. Hope this helps!
