Answers with Explanations:

1. Make and support a claim about why someone should read this text.

Someone should read the text because<u> it allows the person to be involved in uncovering the truth</u> about Malcolm X, a popular human rights activist during the<em> 1960s. </em>Malcolm X is<em> "not just anybody</em>." He is an important figure when it comes to the controversial issues on racial discrimination of the blacks.

2. What makes this text worth reading?

The text is worth reading because it shows the importance of "justice" especially when it comes to<em> cases that haven't been solved.</em> It also weighs the evidences regarding the "three men" who were convicted and<em> their innocence. </em>

<em>"I just want to testify that Butler (Aziz) and Johnson (Islam) had nothing to do with it. ... I was there, I know what happened and I know the people who were there" </em>is a statement in the text that supports Halim's side about his co-prisoners.

3. What will a reader gain or what might a reader do after reading this?

A reader will learn the historical importance of cases like that of Malcolm X's. It will also<u> make them ponder who the real assassin is.</u>

The reader will probably<em> read more about the persona of Malcolm X</em> and <em>how he's contributed to civil rights movement. </em>The reader will also<u> think rationally</u> when it comes to uncovering the case, thereby enhancing his critical thinking skills.

Identify three comparisons Bruchac makes between American Indian and Western views of the world.
Hitman42 [59]
Native Americans would usually use stories to illustrate their culture. They would use oral tradition, which their ancestors had passed on from one generation to another. The oral tradition tells how the Native Americans see the Westerners, which are not often found in books.

Travka [436]
<span>Round characters are complex. </span>Round characters are often characterized as major characters who changes heart or changes behavior drastically from the conflict. Which statement about body paragraphs is false
rosijanka [135]

There are no choices provided so let me just discuss what a body paragraph should contain. Body paragraph requires a topic which needs to be discussed thoroughly by providing supporting details and examples that serve as evidences. It has also to include the concluding sentence which summarizes the whole idea and provide a standpoint for the readers to ponder. It has to be informative.
