the equation is 3rd degree and the leading coefient is positive so it goes from bottom left to top right, with 2 changes in direction (up to down or down to up)
x intercepts W(x)=0=x^3-5x^2+8x-4 um, I graphed it and the x intercepts are at x=1 and x=2
y intercept is where x=0 W(0)=0^3-5(0)+8(0)-4=-4 the y intercept is y=-4
