Hey there,

Your answer is:

C) Is the creator old or young

You would not normally ask the creators age. Yes, you would want to know if their facts are accurate, but that does not come asking their age.

I would say is the creator trust worthy. First off, how can you use a source or even consider a source if the person who is presenting it or who ever wrote the source is not trust worthy or not creditable. For example: Your best friend comes to you and says," Bob was talking about you." And then later that day The dude bob walks up and is like, " I did not talk about you..." Well who are you going to believe.

Why does the federal government collect income taxes in installments rather than waiting until the end of the year? answers?
Alja [10]
The federal government collects income taxes in installments rather than waiting until the end of the year for a variety of reasons. The primary reason is for cash flow purposes. The government's cash expenditures are ongoing throughout the course of the year so in order to manage cash flow to allow for payment of the expenses they need periodic inflows as well. This is the practical purpose for the installments. Failure to have periodic cash flows to match periodic expenditures would also result in the need for heavier short term borrowing which would further increase expenditures in the form of increased interest incurred. Cost savings is therefore a second reason.
