There were many difficulties to rule Russia because of the weak economy and government. Russia had poor trade and industrial works. Russia's industries were few in numbers and the industrial workers exploited extremely. Agriculture largely belonged to rich peasants, where serfs exploited and bound to their master's land. Increasing peasant disturbances and worker injustice let them conduct frequent trikes against the Tsarist Regime.
