The option which is impossible is Mephistophilis as his servant.

In exchange for his soul, Faustus got twenty-four more years, power and fame, and knowledge and wisdom. But the thing that he couldn't have was the devil as his servant, because that wish the devil did not want to grant him, not even for his soul.

Answer: B) Mephistophilis as his servant.

Explanation: In the novel "Faustus" by Goethe, we can see how Faustus makes a deal with the devil, he exchanges his soul for some wishes that the Devil granted him. Faustus wanted twenty-four more years of power and fame, more knowledge and wisdom and he also wanted Mephistophilis as his servant (Mephistophilis is the Devil), but from those wishes, he only obtained the first two, because the Devil didn't accept to be his servant.
