When Odysseus arrives in Ithaca, he wakes up and believes himself to be in an unknown land. This is because Athena has hidden the land's true form. Se disguises as a shepherd and meets Odysseus. However, he very cleverly hides his identity by telling her a made-up story. Athena is greatly amused by this story, and in her delight, she reveals her identity and the plans she has for Odysseus, which involve slaying the suitors.
I think it would be D because obviously he's not a static character. Then it comes to the why- He is described almost like the god of nature, Pan, especially with the panpipes. He is simple in personality but his whole being gives off the nature vibe.
A third-person limited point of view is when the narrator knows as much as the reader does. A third-person omniscient point of view is when the narrator knows the feelings/emotions of the character.
