<span><span>Whiskey is made from any cereal grain like barley, corn or wheat </span>depending on the geographical region or type of whiskey that is being made. They are often aged in charred barrels. They do not mature in bottles, so if a person keeps a whiskey in a bottle over a long time, it would not become stronger in flavor or alcohol content. </span> Brandy, short for Brandywine is distilled from wine, grapes and other fruit juices.   Brandies are more commonly considered as an after-dinner drink. <span>There is no set time required for aging as some fruit juices do not require aging. The aging process of brandy can only be determined to its color. If the brandy is colorless or very clear it is not aged yet but the longer it is aged the stronger it gets.</span>
