Radius of earth as given in question = 6400 km
Height of the air balloon = 200 m
                                       = 0.20 km
Now
Let us assume the distance up to which one can see from the balloon = d
Then
d=sqrt [<span><span><span>(R+h<span>)2</span>−<span>R2]
</span></span></span>  = sqrt [</span><span><span>2Rh+<span>h^2]
  = sqrt [2 (6400 * 0.20) + (0.20)^2]
  = sqrt [(2 * 1280) + 0.04]
  = sqrt [ 2560 + 0.04]
  = sqrt [2560.04]
  = 50.6 km
A person in the balloon can see up to a distance of 50.6 km. I hope the answer has helped you.</span></span></span>

Answer:

There is no such thing as "earthquake weather". ... Very large low-pressure changes associated with major storm systems (typhoons, hurricanes, etc) are known to trigger episodes of fault slip (slow earthquakes) in the Earth's crust and may also play a role in triggering some damaging earthquakes.

Which statement about fishing in russia is true
eimsori [14]

Remember the saying,

<em>"Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach a man how to fish and he will eat forever"</em>

Well the Gopniks in Russia wrongly translated with saying to: teach a man how to become a fish and he will eat forever. So during the 1970-90s the gopniks all gathered near the lakes in order to satisfy their famine from communist regime. Unfortunately humans can not breathe under water so, fisherman in present day are still recovering bodies from the bottom of these lakes of these gopniks. Thousands still remain in lakes across this nation.

Answer:

South america and Africa look like they fit with one another. The fact that they also have the same plant fossils provides more evidence. The plants can't just  swim across the ocean to africa so they had to be connected at one point.
