Successful entrepreneurs are always motivated people. This is a defining trait since motivation allows them to have that special energy to go after their goals and ideals. Also, this characteristic, together with <em>perseverance</em>,  enables them to recover from any possible failure since they do not lose sight of their objectives.

These people are also highly creative. They have the ability of coming up with new and fresh ideas that will draw people to their business. However, if an entrepreneur wants to make a big impact, they must direct their creativity towards people's needs (market study).
