Explanation:

People can lie to you about they will help you with something so don't trust this person. If you ask them to help you and they help you then you can trust them.  Kelly can't use her tablet to communicate with people in the community as it can damage her health. She will then need to go to the doctor afterwards as tablets are for the people who are sick.
