The historical fiction writers try to bring the ashes of the past back to life again by putting a character that people can admire or relate to in settings of times long ago. They rewrite the time frame in order to give others of today a glimpse into the mysterious and simply charming way of life back in the old days.

What is a tragic hero?
mafiozo [28]
Most likely it's C, thinking of "Othello" and of "Romeo and Juliet". Both Shakespearean tragic stories are centred on the tragic consequences of the others' 'evil' actions against the heroes, Othello, Romeo and Juliet.
