C- The Cherokee claimed that because they were an independent nation, they could not be governed by state laws.

In the 1831 case, the Supreme Court said it did not have jurisdiction to rule in the case, because the Cherokee could not be considered an independent nation, but rather were a dependent nation within the United States. But it left open the possibility of a "proper case with proper parties." In Worcester v. Georgia (1852), that sort of case was presented and ruled in favor of the sovereignty of the Cherokee Nation.

From witch document does the idea of the work revolution come form?
Phantasy [73]

Answer:

Debatable, but the answer you're likely looking for is Karl Marx and Fredrich Engel's 1848 document on political theory, the Manifesto of the Communist Party.

Explanation:

Now known as The Communist Manifesto, the document contains Marx and Engel's analysis of communism and the class-struggle. Within, Marx writes, "The supremacy of the proletariat will cause them to vanish still faster. United action, of the leading civilized countries at least, is one of the first conditions for the emancipation of the proletariat." While the term "world revolution" isn't explicitly used, the passage eludes to it's underlying concepts.

What are the benefits and risks of interdependence?
kati45 [8]
Acquiring interdependence is one of an essential requirement for a nation to become a sovereign state. In addition, the benefits of interdependence would most include having a much larger market wherein different ideas are incorporated while a disadvantage of it would include the possible dominance of its partners.
