Physical Therapists are licensed providers of care, and their educational education has evolved to the point where physical therapists graduate with a doctorate in physcal therapy. Personal trainers have a degree or a certificate. This is not the same.

Yes, they just can't have relationships with them.
They are all considered a penalty or an infraction. When one of these occurs, the opposite team will get a power play usually. A power play is when one team has more players than the other. Hope this helps!
