Third person limited. There are two types of third person: limited and omniscient. Limited is when one character's thoughts are revealed at a time and omniscient is when all characters thoughts are revealed.
Assuming this is when they first meet, Boo is different from what they think because he is not the mean dangerous man he is rumored to be but rather kind and sweet.
