  • The nation teamed with others to create  the Treaty of Versailles

The Treaty of Versailles was signed in 1919 after WWI, by the victorious allied powers (US, France and UK) and Germany. Germany was considered guilty for all the losses beared due to the conflict and was oblied, through this treaty, to pay economic reparations to the victorious Entente powers. Germany was highly controlled (suffered blockade) and also forced to delimitarize and to keep its armed forces and weapon production at a minimum, to guarantee that they were uncapable of undertaking an offensive action again.

and

The nation teamed with others to create the Treaty of Versailles.

While the effects of World War I for Germany were:

Many civilians were starving due to naval blockades.

The nation was held responsible for the war and had to pay for other countries’ losses.

The nation’s leader went into exile.

Explanation:

On the one hand, the United States celebrated Armistice Day with its allies France, Britan, Russia, and Italy among other support ones.

In the second place, all the victors and all the countries that formed the leagues of nations created the Versailles treaty with peace as their objective.

Then on the second hand, Germany was under a trade blockade established mainly by the sea and Britain's royal navy. Which broke the German access to resources leading them to starvation among other needs.

They were declared responsible for the war and the victors made them pay for their acts. All the affected countries received a payment from Germany.

The German leaders were retired into exile, the case of Kaiser Wilhelm II is a very famous story of an unrested leader living in exile.

After the civil war, which territory became the first to allow women to vote
o-na [289]
It was Wyoming, a Western American state, and it happened in 1869. Even though the suffragists' fight for women's right to vote was mainly directed toward the Eastern states, as the most progressive and liberal, the first state to enfranchise women was a Western one. However, some scholars say that the reasoning behind this was not all that progressive: they merely wanted to attract more women to their isolated country.
