Answer: You see, back then China had emporors no leaders so, they were more willing to currupt and take over land andwhatnot but nowadays the leaders are ig you could put it as more calm? There goal is to protect the citizens I guess not to claim land. North Korea on the other hand and other countries is the direct opossit. Hope this helps brainliest please.
