When river water recedes after a flood, uncovered soil is usually fertile and suitable for processing and sowing, because water during the flood has left a lot of good materials that make the soil fertile and usable. River floods are usually periodic, ie. they have their cycles during the year, so that people living in these areas know at what time of year and how, they should sow seeds and process such soil. Such surfaces are called alluvial levels, or only the alluvial.

Nady [450]
John Brown believed deeply that slavery was morally repugnant. He, perhaps more than any white man at the time, wanted slavery to be stopped immediately. His plan to give guns to slaves was actually well planned, but like many plans throughout history, all the parts didn't come together at the same time. He was labled as crazy because no one wanted to deal with the serious issues. But in 1860, events led to the Civil War with a lot more death and destruction than Brown had planned.
