Answer:

The British were celebrating christmas and were unprepared for battle.

Explanation:

On December 25, 1776, George Washington and the Continental Army crossed the Delaware River into New Jersey in an unexpected assault on the British. They had a conclusive triumph that helped turn the war back to the American's support.

It was the cold of winter. The breeze was blowing and it was snowing. On one side of the Delaware River, George Washington and the Continental Army stayed outdoors. On the opposite side, a British armed force of Hessian troopers held the town of Trenton. It was likewise Christmas and, with a frigid and perilous waterway between the two armed forces, it didn't seem to be multi day for battling. The Hessian troopers most likely idea the exact opposite thing the American Army would do was an assault in these awful conditions.

Loreen has been arrested for theft. Which amendment ensures that she will not have to wait for years to face trial?
AnnZ [28]

Answer:

sixth amendment

Explanation:

in the sixth amendment, it is stated;

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense. "

a speedy trial means the accused is entitled to a trial as soon as possible, and they cannot not go without one.
