Which of these is true about most public schools in puerto rico

(I chose one of the three options, because when I asked how many where there; I got no answer)

I believe the answer is public schools start at 9 AM every day.


Option 1 RIGHT
I think the answer is the first one because I went to public schools and I noticed that. 

Option 2 WRONG
I think the second option isn't right because public schools' basic subjects are studied in english.

Option 3 WRONG
It's wrong because most people live near the school that they can go by walking and/or biking.
