Are "evidence" and "examples" the same thing, when writing an essay?

English

Evidence and Examples are in this case the same thing. But if your teacher wants evidence, then see if this helps

For this essay, you should find three things that prove your character is being kind at heart. Like, say your character “Saves a kitten”, “gives money to a homeless person”, or “Makes his/her family breakfast”
Those things PROVE that your character is being kind at heart. Therefore they are evidence

(Those things can also be examples of why your character is being kind at heart. So, kinda the same thing)

Hope this helped

Writing a paper for English and I need new perspectives. What have you learned from this experience being in quarantine? How did
olga2289 [7]

Answer:

I've learned that as much as I dislike people, being alone for weeks on end is not happy fun times. However, it lets me get to know myself, and learn new skills. I've learned how to apply for freelance work and I've learned how to embroider. I mostly look for new things to do and try as much as I can while I have time

1. This method of text development allows the writers to produce texts with
Elena L [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is B. Intertext.

Explanation:

Intertextuality refers to both implicit and explicit references to other texts in a text. It has been said that a writer writes all of his texts on the basis of other books he has read, or perhaps based on his entire life experience. On the other hand, from the reader's point of view, it can be said that all texts are always interpreted in relation to some of the texts that precede them and in relation to the reader's life experience and situation. Thus, intertextual references can be observed in all literature and in culture in general.

How does the fact that the poem was written by a person of color give it a special piognancy?
olchik [2.2K]

Hello. You did not inform the poem to which this question refers, which makes it impossible for it to be answered. However, I will try to help you in the best possible way.

One of the most significant things when a black poet writes a poem, is that poet's ability to present a relevant literary work, which black artists were banned for many years ago. This becomes even more significant when these poets write about the problems of racism and social intolerance that blacks suffer from. This is because, the poet has property to talk about these subjects, since he goes through these problems and knows them in depth.
