In total there are 200 baseball cards. 42 percent ARE in mint condition. The amount that are NOT would be 116. I got my answer by multiplying 200 and .42 together. That equals 84. So, subtract 84 from 200 and it would equal 116. So 116 are NOT in mint condition.
