Answer:

                                 MY DREAM JOB

my dream Job Will  I  be  a  pilot  just  like  what  I  have  always  been  dreaming? There is nothing better than being a pilot in my mind.I  am  good  at  languages  and  want  to  travel  around  the  whole  wide  world  by  flying  people  on  the  airplane  that  I  control.  Being  a  pilot,  I  can  work and  travel  at  the  same  time and that matches my interest.A  pilot  needs  to  steer  safely  around  thunderclouds  and turbulence.  To  keep  passengers  safe,  a  pilot  has  to  be  persevering, industrious and bright because a pilot needs to think quickly to avoid dangerous situations. What should  I  do  to  become  a  pilot?  I  should  be  more  attentive   in   class,   study   harder   and   read   more   about   aviation.    Furthermore,    I    will    participate    in    more    aviation-related competitions and win more awards so that airlines will employ me to be a pilot.Although  being  a  pilot  is  a  bit  tough,  this  is  where my interest lies.  With  hard  work  and  determination,  I  can achieve my goal of being a pilot.

The main reason pilots were hired was because the United States needed weapons, and ammo, they were dropped with precise aim with care packages. 1900’s where a time a need fir fast transportation for larger cities and larger supplies such as steel, bolts, and iron tools. Before you can even get in an Aircraft you must pass Army Flight School, and only 14% of pilots passed the test. I interviewed four current airline pilots. One is a captain at a major U.S. airline. Two are first officers at a major U.S. airline. One is a first officer at a regional subsidiary for a major U.S. airline. I also read various Internet and library database sources that provided information about airline pilots’ lives and their personality traits. Martin Luther King Jr. was influenced by Thoreau’s "Civil Disobedience" because _____.
maria [59]

Martin Luther King Jr. was influenced by Thoreau’s "Civil Disobedience" because it explained methods for nonviolent protest. Option C is correct.

Thoreau’s "Civil Disobedience" was a blueprint for methods of nonviolent protest.

Thoreau wrote Civil Disobedience in 1849, amidst slavery issues and the Mexican-American war. He wrote it right after being imprisoned in Concord, Massachusetts charged with refusing to pay his taxes.

Thoreau claimed in the "Civil Disobedience" that the government was not fair, and democracy only favored and protected the majority.

He was reluctantto pay his taxes as part of the Civil Disobedience, since the Mexican American war would give way to an expansion of slavery he desagreed with.

Thus, Thoreau  was regarded to as the pioneer of nonviolent methods to protest against the government and that inspired Martin Luther King Jr.
