Answer: True

Ambrose Bierce was an American short story writer, journalist and poet. Some of his works are: The Devil's Dictionary, "An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge," and Tales of Soldiers and Civilians. He was an extremely prolific and pioneering writer, in particular with his tales of horror and war.

Edgar Allan Poe was an American writer, editor and literary critic. He is best known for his horror short stories. He was one of the first Americans to popularize short stories. These stories share some stylistic similarities to those of Bierce, even though the two authors belonged to different literary movements.

I'm not writing a whole essay for you but i can get it started,

Education has been the foundation of the modern age world because of the need to educate the youth of the world. Countries that live in poverty have no affordable education system or an education system at all. By making education free for everyone then society can move together as one instead of competing country against country to see which one is able to advance faster.
