It is not currently possible to transfer human consciousness, but technological advancements might one day make it possible. It will be possible to transfer a human brain to a robot in the future. This is based on the idea that consciousness can be stored outside the brain. Consciousness can be transferred to a memory chip, but not a robot. In the future, it may be transferred to robots as well.
