Bartolomeo Cristofori credited as an inventor of a musical instrument called Piano. He became known as a musical instrument maker who invented oval spinet, piano, spinettone, etc. For the first time, Piano was invented by him in Italy when he was under the patron of Prince Ferdinando de Medici. The instrument was named as clavicembalo col piano e forte but shortened by a piano.
