I love questions like this! Science is so cool! So, strangely enough, a vaccine is a very weak bacteria. If the bacteria was strong, your immune system couldn't defend. Because its a weak cell, your immune cells can fight it. Did you know that you have a special cell inside you? This cell remembers every bacteria that comes to your body. Because you had very weak, damaged bacteria in you, (measles bacteria), you can remember it, and grow strong against it. Then, when germs try to enter your body, your immune system is right there to defend it. Everytime the bacteria of Measles tries to enter, your immune system is extra strong because it remembers it. Isn't that cool?

Answer:
This question is incomplete; the question is asking to identify variables such as the DV, IV, Constants etc
Independent variable (IV): Type of flowers
Dependent variable (DV): Growth of flowers
Constants: the same amount of sunlight, same amount of water
Explanation:
The independent variable is the variable that an experimeter changes or manipulates deliberately in order to bring about an effect in another variable. In this experiment, the TYPE OF FLOWER on each soil is changed by Alex, hence, it is the independent variable.
Dependent variable is the variable that is being measured in the experiment. It is the variable that responds to the changes made to the independent variable. In this case, the dependent variable is the GROWTH OF THE FLOWERS measured.
Constansts or control variable is the variable that the experimenter keeps constant or unchanged throughout the experiment in order to maintain the outcome of the experiment. In this case, the constants are the same amount of light, same amount of water
