Answer: Sleepy beacuse you cant really tell if a person is sleepy by their facial expressionn but you can tell if theyre tired. Yes tired and sleepy are different in terms and meanings.
Sleepy- needing or ready for sleep.
Tired- in need of sleep or rest; weary, or bored, or in bad condition
