I used "puedes" = "can" but if anything, you can use "debes" which in this context means "should".
So right now the translation for the first one says: "You cannot talk with strangers." If you use "debes" = "should" it would be : Tu no debes hablar con extraños = You should not talk with strangers.

3) Tú no puedes ensuciar la casa.
4) Tu no puedes mirar mucha television.
5) Tu no puedes comprar videojuegos.
