Government Offices Affected by the Annual Budget Planning:

  • US Army: This agency of the government takes the greatest percentage of the annual Federal Budget. Funds are needed in order to keep military equipment in an adequate state, as well as developing the entity's human resources.
  • Medical Services: The government assigns an important percentage of the budget for the maintenance of the public healthcare system.
  • Pension Funds: This part of the budget is assigned to cover for the citizens who have reached their age of retirement and are eligible for receiving a pension fund.
  • Infrastructure Projects: Part of the budget varies depending on the current state of the economy. In times of recession, it tends to grow, as infrastructure projects help create many jobs which will aid the overall economy.
  • Education: This part of the budget is aimed to maintain the national education plan.
