Explanation:

Replication is a process of DNA synthesis. This process is the same for all living beings, for this reason, we can say that there is no difference in the replication of fungi, plants, jellyfish, human beings.

The replication then begins when this enzyme complex accesses the DNA double strand that will serve as a template and is interleaved between the two strands in order to separate them, denaturing the double helix. The rupture of the hydrogen bridges makes room for the free nucleotides that are present in the nucleus to pair with those that form each mold strand. Thus, as the enzyme complex moves along the original DNA, more nucleotides are matched and joined by phosphodiester bonds thanks to the action of DNA Polymerase. The end of replication is marked by the formation of two individual double strips from an original double strand.
