Answer:

Composition of urine: 95% water, 5% electrolytes and solutes.

Composition of blood: 55% plasma, 45% RBCs and <1% WBCs and platlets.

Blood cells and proteins are not present in urine.

Explanation:

Composition of urine: 95% water, 5% electrolytes and solutes. The solutes include end products of nitrogenous metabolites and substances from various drugs.

Composition of blood: 55% plasma, 45% RBCs and <1% WBCs and platlets.

Urine does not contain the blood cells (RBCs, WBCs and platlets) and the protein. The blood cells and proteins are not filtered at glomerulus and hence, are not added to urine.

Why do you think this is important for aquatic animals that live in very cold places?
Elenna [48]

Answer: here´s why

Explanation: Underneath the frozen upper layer, the water remains in its liquid form and does not freeze. Also, oxygen is trapped beneath the layer of ice. As a result, fish and other aquatic animals find it possible to live comfortably in the frozen lakes and ponds. If water is heated, its volume gradually decreases.
