The organs that work hard when you exercise is 

1) Heart  
<span>When you exercise, your heart rate increases a lot so it can circulate more oxygen and blood.

2) Lungs 
Your Lungs produce more oxygen so you could continue to exercise for more time . 

3) Muscles
 Muscles give you the power to do the exercise.
