Be kind is the most important thing I believe if you are rude then why would someone want to be friends. Trust if you can trust someone to tell your secrets that is also important if you don’t trust someone you shouldn’t maintain a relationship. Honestly knowing how to be honest in the right time is important-if you are unable to then your friendship might fail over time. Personality If two people personalities are contradicting then how would two people continue to be friends. Comedy if someone finds it funny to make fun of a friends and you find it funny when someone makes fun of you then both of your comedy alines. If someone is very sensitive and either the person who likes making fun of friends or the sensitive person wants to become friends it might not be a good idea. You don’t want to hurt each-others feelings. I don’t like sarcasm so I wouldn’t want to be friends with someone sarcastic but I am . I have been told I’m kinda rude but its from a place of love I’m too honest and I don’t know when I’m being manipulative or rude so when my friends tell me I am I stop and apologize. Ive been friends with one person since the 1st grade i didn’t like her at first but we grew on each-other. We played all the time even when she moved to another state I would go their every winter and summer break to see my family and also her. She moved back and we hanged out pretty much everyday. Then moved but we still talk give each-other presents . Invite each-other to our houses.
