Rational behavior, in economic terms, usually refers to a relationship between ends and means whereby an economic actor seeks the greatest benefit from his decision. The two parts of rational behavior from this list are: "Working withing given conditions" and "Receiving the most satisfaction from a decision". Of the other two, "Doing whatever a person wants" confuses being rational with being capricious, while "Not analyzing decision options" is practically the opposite of rationality.
