High context cultures tend to communicate direct while other cultures way of communicating are rather indirect. This cultural difference between leads to many communication problems and potential frustration. The communication also comes with perceptions. Some cultures (Collectivistic) often find direct communication as rude and crude.
This can be divided into two types of cultures namely individualistic cultures and collectivistic cultures. With the latter being indirect communication and the former direct communication.
