Second of all, I would like to go to the beach with my family to have a picnic. Spending time outdoors, especially on a sandy beach can be super beneficial for our health. After the picnic we can go play beach volleyball, or swim in the water for some exercise. After playing some sports or swimming around, we can photograph the beautiful sunset amongst the shoreline.

By 'cheeks' they mean buttocks so by "making them clap" is referring to them being so big/thick that they clap or make noise when you walk or move around or something.
