It cannot be a national magazine if the audience are the neighbors and it cant be a scholarly article since facts are not needed about noise pollution. a brochure seems like a good idea for people to have a meeting and discuss about what to do about this and a newspaper article is just a bad idea since most people will ignore it.

The words that best reflect Lincoln’s formal diction are the ones in the second option: brought forth.

To bring forth means to cause something to happen or be seen or known. The phrase is usually used in formal contexts or in literature.

All of the other options have words that are not considered formal and can be considered of every-day use.

What are the five principal steps to analyzing an argument ?
Degger [83]
In the very, very simplest terms, judging the validity of an argument starts centers around this process:
1) Identify the rhetoric (Lines of Argument) from the actual, formal reasons. Separate the persuasive language from the actual claims to truth and fact.
2) Analyze those reasons (claims to truth and fact) by identifying their logic (often in the Implicit Reasons) and evidence.
3) Test and evaluate the logic and evidence; identify logical errors and ask whether the evidence can and has been tested and objectively, repeatedly, factually verified.
