Just multiple the three numbers then divide it by 6.5

Find the volume of the bigger box:
19.5x19.5x32.5=12,358.125 ft³
Find the volume of the smaller box:
6.5x6.5x6.5=274.625 ft³
Divide bigger volume by smaller volume to find out how many smaller boxes can fit in the crate:
12,358.125 ÷ 274.625 = 45 
45 small boxes can fit in the crate.
