For her first speech in class, Sherice should select a topic with
which she is familiar with and in which she is interested. For example, if Sherice loves her dog and is
responsible for it, then she could talk about the proper care and feeding of
dogs. This topic could be easily
researched to add details to the speech, and Sherice would be able to add a
personal touch to keep the audience engaged.
If the audience senses that the topic is important to the speaker, then
they will be more likely to find it interesting themselves.
Collaboration has a very important role when it comes to the social relationships. A time when collaboration played a significant role in my life was last year when I worked with my classmates to build a charity show. Through collaboration, each of them decided what to do with our skills and qualities. We succeeded to create a beautiful and helpful project for those who suffer from autism as everybody was impressed by the outcome of the show. Not only the audience was well surprised but also they required one more similar show. By the essence of this fact, I considered collaboration to be the key to the success.
