Root tip cells are fast growing cells, it is due to them that the root can grow and lengthen.

What is interesting about the observation of these cells is that we can observe all the phases of the life of the cell. Given its rapid division, we can observe the different phases of mitosis which are prophase ( condensation of chromatin), metaphase (alignment of chromosomes on the equatorial plate), anaphase (separation of sister chromatids), telophase (formation of both nuclei) and cytokinesis (separation of nuclei and division of cytosol in two).

In the chesapeake bay and other bodies of water, what is a result of phytoplankton population increases?
densk [106]

Dead zones are created by hypoxia and the bacterial decay of dead phytoplankton.

What are the effects of excess phytoplankton population?

The Chesapeake Bay, like many other bodies of water, is overrun with nutrients, which results in a type of pollution called eutrophication. Every spring, sewage treatment facilities, farms, and lawns release large amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus into the Bay. These nutrients fuel the growth of algae as the water warms up in the summer, resulting in blooms that deplete the water's oxygen content and create sizable "dead zones" where fish, crabs, and other aquatic life find it challenging to survive. During these times, some of the mud's surface layers and portions closer to the bottom may become anoxic, meaning there is no oxygen present at all.

Whales are closely related to hoofed mammals with an even number of toes, such as horse, because they evolved from them. Before whales were what we know them as today, they were relatively similar to horses. They used the water to flee from predators, and they evolved slowly to heighten their swimming ability, eventually becoming modern day whales. Fish have always been aquatic animals that have gills. Whales cannot breathe underwater, so they take in oxygen the same way a horse does. Also, both horses and whales are mammals that give birth to their offspring and are warm-blooded. Fish lay eggs and are cold-blooded.

Hope this helped! Please give brainliest! :)
